1. Introduction

Welcome to SpiritValue Lead, a platform dedicated to values based leadership. By accessing or using the site at spiritvaluelead.top, you agree to these terms.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due prior to delivery of any offering. Payment methods are set forth during checkout. Failure to complete payment may delay access or delivery.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

Clients who cancel at least seven days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full reimbursement. Sessions may be rescheduled or credited toward future offerings if requested at least three days in advance. Certain premium or customized engagements require resource allocation and are explicitly non-reimbursable; such terms will be communicated prior to purchase.

4.2 Info Products

Digital offerings may be accessed immediately upon purchase. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. After this period or usage threshold, reimbursements are not available.

4.3 Physical Goods

Items shipped may be sent back for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Clients cover shipping costs. Goods must be unused and in original condition. Reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the package.

5. Service Transfers

Unless an engagement is marked non-reimbursable, clients may transfer prepaid service credits to another individual by providing written notice at least seven days in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpiritValue Lead is not responsible for indirect outcomes arising from use of any offering. Total responsibility shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant offering.
